The location was great for me - the flea market was very close to the hotel and staff provided great recommendations for more antiquing, food, and other attractions. The restaurant was absolutely fantastic!...

Had a canny stay for 2 nights! The staff were dead friendly and the spot was canny close to the Midi station, like. Breakfast was champion, with proper variety. Just wished the area felt a bit safer at night, though. But overall, I'd stay again for sure!

A gem near the train station
The location can't be beat, just steps from the Midi station. My room was big and super clean, and I loved the warm.
Unfortunately, the surrounding area left much to be desired, feeling a bit unsafe at night. I wish breakfast had more variety. It felt a bit repetitive .

Very close to the train station. Very very clean. Nice and modern decoration. The size of the room.
Very expensive breakfast and internet connection. I don't know if the breakfast is good, since it was extra and I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. But even a very good breakfast is not worth 14 euros. Wireless internet connection should be free at a hotel, com'on, we are living in the 3rd millenium! They had a problem with the cards that open the doors. Everytime I wanted to enter my room, it did not function, I had to go down to the reception. And this happened each time I went out and came back to my room. One of the receptionists told me they switched to a new card system and the new system has some problems. Very close to the station so starting early in the morning you have noise in your room. If you are not a deep sleeper, don't plan to get a sleep till noon :) Not a very nice environment, typical train station neighbourhood. Not very pleasent to walk in the evening as a lonely woman, but I did survive :)

The Superior Room with 2 Single Beds was really spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had a handy heater light, a nice touch. I also loved that I could store my luggage before check-in. The only downside was that the walls felt a bit thin. I could hear other guests chatting in the morning.

Rooms are spacious and surprisingly clean, even for a family of four! It's super modern, and the location is a quick jaunt from the train station. Delightfully quiet despite the bustling area!
But, darling, the restaurant food? It's like a sad salad at a funeral. And the bathroom lighting? Honestly, I need a spotlight to see myself properly!

It was as expected, had a fairly nice stay on a personal visit. Loved spending my time in this spotless small hotel. The hotel had a decent location very close to Place du Jeu de Balle. Pleasant staff that liked their guests. ...
